Body Combat

One of my favorite hobbies is teaching Body Combat at a local gym. I get such an adrenaline rush from being up front and leading a group in an amazing workout. On the days that I teach, I spend time practicing at home. Ellie loves to practice with me. I got this video yesterday before we headed to the gym.

    SERIOUSLY, crystal??? this girl is too much. can't handle this level of cuteness. just can't. loved hearing your voice on there, too. makes me miss you, chica. really does.
